ChangeSnap (the "Service") is operated by LVLUP CONSULTING LLC ("LVLUP", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you ("you", "Customer") enter into a binding agreement with LVLUP CONSULTING LLC.
By accessing, registering for, or continuing to use the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
ChangeSnap helps contractors document jobsite extras, generate change orders, and obtain digital client approvals. The Service is provided as a software-as-a-service tool and is not a substitute for legal, accounting, or e-signature compliance advice specific to your jurisdiction.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current.
You must not, and must not allow others to:
LVLUP CONSULTING LLC retains all right, title, and interest in the Service, including software, documentation, and branding. You retain ownership of content you upload (photos, client information, change-order text). You grant LVLUP a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate and improve the Service for you.
Subject to these Terms, LVLUP grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with your selected plan.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment methods, billing cycles, currency conversion, sales tax/VAT, invoicing, and refunds are governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms.
Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current rate unless you cancel beforehand. You can cancel at any time through your billing settings; you will retain access until the end of the paid period.

You may upgrade or downgrade at any time. Annual ↔ monthly switches take effect at the next renewal. If you downgrade from Pro to Free and your account exceeds Free plan limits, existing items above the cap will be retained in read-only form and re-unlocked automatically upon re-upgrade.
We may suspend or terminate access for: material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. On termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. You may export your data for 30 days after termination, after which we may delete it.
We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LVLUP CONSULTING LLC's aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Service shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, death, or personal injury where such limitation is prohibited by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LVLUP CONSULTING LLC from claims arising from your content, your use of the Service in violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles. The parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware for any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice and will take effect on the date posted. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
