ChangeSnap, operated by LVLUP CONSULTING LLC, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which acts as Merchant of Record for all ChangeSnap purchases.

  • Visit paddle.net and use the email address you used at checkout to locate your order.
  • Request a refund directly from your order, or contact Paddle support.
  • You can also reach out to LVLUP CONSULTING LLC through your in-app support contact and we will help facilitate the request.

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

Subscription renewals

Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings; cancellation stops future renewals and you keep access until the end of the paid period. Refunds for renewals are reviewed on a case-by-case basis if requested within 30 days of the renewal charge.

Chargebacks

Please contact us or Paddle first — we are happy to resolve billing issues directly, which is typically faster than a bank dispute.
